Plainly: what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

This site is operated by LYVTech, a DTI-registered business based in the Philippines, working with clients remotely. We are the data controller for the information described on this page.
For any privacy question, or to exercise any of the rights below, email admin@lyvtech.com. A person reads it, and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you email us, or book a call through Calendly, we receive what you choose to send — typically your name, email address, and whatever you tell us about your business.
If you accept cookies, Google Analytics records anonymous usage: pages viewed, roughly where in the world you are, what device you used, and which site referred you. We cannot identify you from it.
If you reject, or ignore the banner, Google Analytics does not run at all. Our own server-side record described in section 3 still applies, because it does not use cookies. Full detail in our Cookie Policy.
Separately from Google Analytics, our server keeps a short record of how the site is used: the pages viewed, the buttons and links clicked, the referring site, your IP address and the country and city it resolves to, and your browser's user-agent string.
This uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device, so it runs whether or not you accept the cookie banner. To group one visit together without tracking you over time, we store a one-way hash of your IP address and browser that is regenerated every day and cannot be reversed or linked across days.
If you use the assistant on this site, we also keep the messages you send and the answers it gives, so we can see where it is unhelpful or wrong and fix it. Please don't type anything confidential into it.
The assistant asks for your email address before you start. This is optional — there is a "skip" button and the assistant works exactly the same without it. If you do give it, we use it only to send you that conversation and to follow up on what you asked about. We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing from it unless you separately ask us to.
Our host and security provider (Cloudflare) processes request data such as IP address to serve pages and block attacks. This is standard for any website and necessary for it to work securely.
We keep the list short on purpose. Each is a service we use to run the business, not a party we sell to:
Some of these operate outside your country, including in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Wherever you are, we'll honour these. If you're in the UK or EU, they're rights under UK GDPR / GDPR:
Email admin@lyvtech.com and we'll action it within 30 days. There's no charge.
If you're in the UK and think we've handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). In the EU, to your national data protection authority. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
This is a business-to-business site. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data about them.
Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to accounts is limited to people who need it, protected by two-factor authentication, and revoked when it's no longer needed.
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of the site means the current version applies.
Questions, requests, or complaints: admin@lyvtech.com. A person reads it.
Where should we send this conversation?
Drop your email and we can forward the chat and follow up properly. Entirely optional.
Hi, I'm the LYVTech assistant. Ask me anything about the company, our services, the work we have done, or roughly what things cost.
